Hi Jeremy,

We have investigated the initial issue you ran into (the script problem you captured in your second screenshot). We determined that it originates from a change that Facebook has made to their Application Programming Interface (API). This issue has also affected other applications that use the Facebook API -- it is also affecting another application that you may be familiar with, Digsby. One item I should note is that you do NOT use the Facebook API when you are using the Facebook website directly.

Our speculation is that this problem was introduced as a result of the changes that Facebook is making to their infrastructure to roll out support for the new Facebook UI.

However, we are not 100% sure what happened to you after the inital script problem. Do you recall what you did after the script problem? How did you get to screenshots #3 & #4? All our attempts to recover from the iniital script problem resulted in us eventually being successfully logged into Scrapboy/Facebook.

Any information you have would be much appreciated.

Kevin Ishiguro
